There's no contact form on this site, deliberately — a form would mean collecting your details, and we'd rather not hold them. Email reaches us directly.

What to put in the subject line

It genuinely helps us route your message. Please start the subject with one of:

• Correction — you've found an error. Include the URL and, if you can, a source for the correct figure. These go to the top of the pile; see our editorial policy for how we handle them.
• Question — something in a guide wasn't clear. We can't give you personalised financial advice (see the disclaimer), but if a guide was confusing, that's our problem to fix.
• Privacy request — access, deletion, or opting out of ad personalisation. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
• Advertising — enquiries about advertising on Loan Ledger. Note that advertisers get no influence over editorial, ever.
• Press — media and syndication enquiries.

What we can't do

We can't tell you whether to take a specific loan, recommend a lender, review your loan offer, or advise on your personal circumstances. We're a publisher, not an advisor, and we're not licensed to do it. For that, talk to a certified financial planner, a housing counselor, or a licensed broker.

What we can do is explain how the product works and show you the math, so you can walk into that conversation knowing what to ask. That's what the guides are for.
